  The drive thru voice sucks. Messed up my drink, and the drive thru girl needs to not chew gum with her mouth open. Or just not chew gum at all, kinda gross

  Drive thru, got wrong order, ordered 3 piece got to the window was verified it was a 3 piece and they only gave me 2.

  Took me a minute to get served after going hungry all day I was desperate for something to eat and while it's been years since I've eaten from Bojangles, my last experience was very good. It was not comparable to today. When I did get served, the young lady was polite and thorough but the mistake was my order... I got a chicken sandwich meal and it was predominantly breading and spice. The least needy sandwich I have ever eaten, hot with spice, too much spice, the fries were okay and I found something to drink although I'm not fond of their choice of Pepsi products. Definitely not my favorite experience

  I wish there were was some sort of value menu. This one of my favorite places to eat breakfast

  I picked up lunch today at my neighborhood BoJangles. I got the 4 pc chicken supreme combo, which was good (thus the 4-start for food). I unsually get the 3 pc, but when the automated order-taking robot suggested the 4 pcs, I agreed (thus the 1 star for service because I fell for the strategic marketing technique). When I got to the window I asked for an additional BoSauce as I know that one Bo sauce is barely enough for the 3-pc. The server stated that the extra sauce would cost me $0.27. I declined. The sauces are the same size, and you receive one with each meal, whether that be a 3, 4 or 5 piece. IF Bojangles believes that 2.3% extra is worth loosing a customer over then maybe senior management needs to re-evaluate their business model. I am not saying that I will never be back to this Bojangles. They are very convienant to my work; however, Popeyes was going to charge $0.37 for a pack of mayonase about two years ago and I have not been back to that location since.
