When we got our meals we are missing our 2 extra biscuits and they gave us a boberry biscuit instead of a regular one. They just assumed that it would be ok to substitute without asking. When we went back in they said they were out of biscuits. If they were low on biscuits they should have put some in when they noticed they were low.
