First, all fried food the past 2 visits including this 3rd visit have been sitting for awhile, cold, not fresh, not even made in the last 10 - 15 minutes or so while I waited for food inside this last time... fried chicken sandwich over cooked kinda dark brown. Service kinda lazy because they do not like keeping fried items fresh made. However the Roast Beef consistently good. Yes, I understand fry oil is expensive, along with crews hate frying items. Simple, then take fried items off the menu at this location, in fact all locations. Nothing worse than cold fried food items. Out of 8 items, only the Roast Beef sandwich was edible, all fried items (chicken, fries, mozz. sticks, etc.) into trash, which is probably the right decision anyway. Seems this is the normal at this location. For me there will not be a 4th order of fried items, I will just go next door to the chicken sandwich place which is always consistently good. Not spending my hard earned $$ just to throw away anymore.
