- PMP. Matthews2 days ago2.0It's not like it used to be. They were out of bagels, out of croissants added bacon to my sandwich when I asked for it to not be added. We were charged for an extra order of hashbrowns. It dosen't pay to complain, it seems no one cares any more.
- ABAdam BrashearApr 20, 20261.0Worst glaze donut I’ve ever had. Something was definitely off on taste and texture. Took two bites and threw it in the garbage. First coffee came to me with something plastic floating in it. Asked to replace with another and girl seemed to have an attitude. Witnessed another girl sneezing by the donut racks without covering mouth. Last visit here.

With a mobile order, I would wait 10+ minutes for a wake up wrap and a cup of coffee with one to two cars ahead of me. A wait is one thing- a rude person at the window is another. So I stopped going. Stopped in today to give them another try- no line, so took a chance. While the food came out quick, the middle aged white lady in the window had the most foul attitude. When I would thank her, she would just reply “yeah”. I’m sorry her life sucks so bad she feels the need to be rude to strangers. Maybe a customer service role isn’t the best choice for her. And to the manager of this store- get it together. I won’t be coming back.

When I got home, I noticed this Dunkin placed a new sticker on top of an older drink (with different ingredients/ flavors) and gave it to me as if it were fresh/ the one I ordered. This is appalling business!! I’m glad I wasn’t allergic to almonds or this could have ended a lot worse!
