They again were not able to make that either. I ended up not getting anything but my family was able to enjoy the things they ordered.

You really need to look into what’s going wrong during preparation, because eating melted ice cream isn’t exactly fun. I’ve attached photos so you can see for yourselves—I took them the moment I received my order.
