  We looked the lady in the eye and said , we wanted our food , fresh and hot and we would wait. She said ok. It didn't happen. Sloppy made food that was cold. Way to much mayo n ketchup. No condiments in dinning room. Zero. Soda machine broke. Sandwich maker acted angry

  We came through the drive through on 3/27 at 11:42AM. The gal was very rude and abrupt. We quickly understood why their parking lot was empty. Others knew something we did not. We had a reward through our app and she rudely informed us that her scanner at the drive though doesn’t work so we will need to get out of the car and come in or go without. By the looks of your parking lot it appears that most decided to go without. If you want to try an amazing Wendy’s keep driving further south on 75 to exit 290. They always make hot food and are so nice. The Manager is amazing.

  I stopped in here to get food before I went to my hotel room. It took 10 minutes for them to take my order. Then it took another 15 minutes to get my food. They were out all lemonade,ketchup, spoons ect.. Then I get my food drive 2 mins away to my room, I get in an open the bag to eat. Fries were ice cold even though they said they dropped fresh fries. Then the burgers were the same way. Employees were in back just screwing off an cussing were everyone could hear them. I will never go back to that Wendy's an recommend no one else goes as well. I wasn't only one in there complaining 3 other customers same stuff.
