He had a flip phone but told me he'd run out of minutes. I called the service number on his money card but the robo-voice said his PIN was expired. I excused myself to go to the restroom, and came back intent on helping him reset his PIN, but I could not find him. I'm curious if any staff or customers encountered this man.
