  Order mistakes happen. I ordered thru the drive thru today. Realized the order was incorrect, so I walked inside with the order and the receipt. I politely stated what was incorrect. The female behind the counter about noon today rolled her eyes, told her coworkers the order, then literally slung the sack with the corrected order on the counter and walked away. Why, exactly, was she mad? Also, the order was still incorrect. I won't return to this location. Note: the young man at the drive thru window was quite polite.

  The food was fresh, warm and our order was exactly how we ordered it. The staff was pleasant we enjoyed our meal very much. We will return.

  01/25/26 9pm This visit was extremely disappointing. The young lady working the drive-through window had a very sour, unprofessional attitude that immediately set a negative tone. Customer service was poor, and it’s difficult to understand why someone with such an obvious lack of people skills is assigned to a drive-through position where every interaction matters. Making a simple order has also become unnecessarily difficult. The menu is far more confusing than it used to be, poorly laid out, and not user-friendly—especially for drive-through customers who are expected to order quickly. What should be a straightforward process now feels frustrating and inefficient. Management needs to take a hard look at employee placement, customer service expectations, and the current menu design. Between poor attitudes at the window and an overly complicated menu, the overall experience has taken a clear step backward.

  Great food and drinks, always. Regardless of how crazy busy it stays; employees do their best to keep up. That’s even if their grill or else gets to stop working; the employees and staff try to keep a good flow. It is due to it the place staying busy that the food is good.
