As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

This person is extremely inconsiderate, rude and with a high level of POOR customer service and lack of empathy. It was raining heavily that night and after waiting for a few minutes at the drive through speaker, there weren’t any signs of anybody willing to take our order. We drove to the window where Tanya, being extremely rude, directed us to go back to the drive through speaker to place our order and refused to take the order at the window. When we told her that it was raining really hard and that rain was coming through the window of the car she slammed the drive through window on our face after directing us to call customer service to complain as needed. Giving one star review as unable to rate her service below zero as she deserves. This place is definitely NOT recommended!!!

Parked in parking lot and walked to the front to ask for straws and mayo, the guy said that will be 27 cents ! What !??…. My fish sandwich was hard as a rock couldn’t eat it - tried to tear off the hard parts but then it left me with all bread ! Not worth the money at all !
