As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

- JJJessicaDec 20, 20251.0I love checkers and am highly disappointed at this one. I get its the holidays and every place is busy but we had one car ahead of us on the first lane. The first menu we sat at no one asked us what we wanted so we went to the second one, three cars ahead of us and last one was able to order but not us. After waiting a total of 10 minutes we backed out after hearing the first lane being able to order as soon as they pulled in. Thats pretty ridiculous. Then we parked and my husband went to the walk up. No one even came to the walk up window?!?! I saw plenty of cars entering and ordering or jist leaving while he waited at the window and this is just crazy to me how the whole experience was. After he stood there for over 5 more minutes all the manager said was "oh okay." And shut the window. I get better customer service from an AI that just talks in loops. Also the woman that was in a black Mercedes, she had to back up so we could, didnt get to order by the time we left. This place was so un organized, and if the problem was short staffed or just lagging they should have closed a lane.
