I called the restaurant and was advised “yes” that all the steak biscuits were cold. I went to the corporate website and shared my experience. I was contacted by the AGM Lauren who apologized and said a gift card would be sent to me….that was over 6 weeks ago and still no gift card. That’s really unfortunate that a senior leader would make a promise and not follow through…
