The only thing I want to note is the line for this location, often goes out into the street and causes some traffic problems. Hopefully they can fix this soon or in the near future!

They had me buy more then I thought of but we left with nothing bc the chicken was fabulous and the sides were fresh. Listening to them talk with staff and customers is a hoot.. You truly feel like you are family and home . We will be back .

- SCSherri CDec 28, 20252.0I am sad to have to leave such a low rating. Normally I would always give an establishment the opportunity to fix their errors, but I was driving through on a road trip. I have never been to a Bojangles before. I ordered quite a few things from the menu to experience as much as I could. I think my tab was over $40. The chicken was okay, the biscuits were okay. Not really anything to write home about. However, the biscuits with gravy were amazing. The texture was fantastic. The flavor was so good. It was a great comfort food. I know I ordered too much food but I couldn't stop eating the biscuits and gravy until I was finished. The problem I had was the food missing from my order. I had ordered rice and it was not included. I was back at the hotel room and definitely not going to return. Plus it was late and the restaurant had already closed. I left so early in the morning I could not return. Back in the day, when I worked in fast food we would always repeat the order as we handed the items out. This gave the customer the opportunity to know what was in the bags. I know this never happens anymore but it's a shame.
