The employees are always welcoming and nice and I really enjoy talking to them while I wait for my drinks. The manager Ash is super super sweet and they are lucky to have her as a boss. I kept having to scream louder and then employee admits she's hard of hearing. 3rd time finally she heard my order, chocolate shake and blueberry smoothie.... chocolate shake was made out of crushed ice and chocolate milk, they didn't blend the shake or the smoothie long enough and big chunks of ice kept clogging up the straw.... not worth it.

The employees really helped me explore new items on the menu! Especially Gio. He always has the best recommendations! He was quick to fix an issue I had when I felt that the drink I get often was made incorrectly. He apologized and remade it himself. I really do appreciate the customer service here aswell as the understanding staff and management. I also feel that the energy that I get from the people there is always uplifting and energetic. Everyone seems to be in a great mood and they don't care when I take my phone out to show them a TikTok of a new drink I want to try. They always do their best to make it for me.
