NEVER AGAIN!!!! Last Wednesday, I placed and paid for my on-line order, 2 large pizzas with no garlic seasoning. My order would be ready at 6:00 p.m. I arrived a couple minutes before that time, gave my name for pickup and was told my order wasn’t ready. I asked the girl to confirm that the pizzas didn’t have garlic seasoning due to allergies. I sat down waiting for my order. 15 minutes passed, others came and went with their orders and I was told they had to remake mine because of the garlic seasoning. No one appeared to be making anything but I continued to wait. 10 minutes later, a Calhoun policeman walked in, said hello to me, then went to speak with the manager. A few minutes later, he told me to step outside so he could speak to me. He said I was being accused of using a stolen card number. I was shocked and had to prove that I wasn’t. After 20 more minutes, I was told it was “just a mistake”, that because the last 4 digits of my card matched a stolen card number, the manager called the police. Really???? Because my CC numbers, the last 4, and the only 4 numbers they could see, matched a stolen one from North Carolina, I was automatically guilty!!! And it was “just a mistake”!!!! After having to prove my innocence by showing my credit card and license, and wait for the policeman to finish making out the report and determining it was just a mistake, the manager said she hoped I understood that she had to call the police because she thought I stole another women’s card number. I told her the only thing I understood was that she handled this very poorly and unprofessionally and cost me an hour of my time for absolutely no reason, used delayed tactics by lying about remaking my pizzas, and that she and the cop had me guilty from the very beginning. They were so sure it was me who stole someone’s credit card info, and I had to prove my innocence before I was allowed to leave. You just don’t treat customers like this. Unbelievable! She gave me my pizzas. After opening the boxes while I was still there, I discovered they still had garlic seasoning on them. Really??? I gave them back, the manager offered to make me 2 new ones and to give them to me free with a 2-liter of coke. I told her I wanted NOTHING from her and I would never step foot in there again. I was humiliated, insulted, felt violated, and extremely upset at how she handled all of this, not to mention the hour of my time that was wasted for no reason. I will take my business elsewhere and I hope you consider doing the same. You just don’t treat customers like this. I guess being innocent until proven guilty is a thing of the past. NEVER AGAIN!!
