  I don't know why or how this McDonald's is still in business. I haven't eaten here in a long time due to the long lines and disgusting food. Who ever owns it clearly doesn't care.

  I went to the Cairo McDonald’s this evening and put in a curbside order at 5:32pm and it notified me about 5:40pm that my food was on its way. At 5:53pm still no food I went inside and asked about my curbside and the guy asked another lady that reached behind about 3 other bags and said here it is. She handed it to me without even saying a word my fry’s where room temp at best. I said my fry’s are even hot she looked at me and said yes there are. I pulled one out and said her you feel it and she said no just give me the fry’s and went to the fryer to get more and they had to cook some. Keep in mind when I pulled up there wasn’t that many people in the parking lot. I don’t know what is going on but that’s just one of many issues I have had there in the last few weeks. I will not be going back till they get some better management

  My burger was still pink in the middle, fries were old and the two large cokes had no ice at all in them. This is the worst McDonalds I've ever been to and when they shut it down like they did to our KFC it will be the employees that are to blame. Honestly fire everyone there and start over building a team that can do the job.

  My son really like going to this McDonalds with me. Staff is super nice, we always have such a wonderful time.
