I placed a mobile order for drive thru but the line was really long so I stopped inside they found my order but told me ( very hatefully) since it was drive thru, I had to go through the drive thru. So I get back in line and wait… and wait….. and wait ( there were atleast 8 cars in front of me) just to get to the window for them to tell me they didn’t have ANY ORDER AT ALL. Apparently the rude employee that told me I couldn’t just grab my order while I was inside had CANCELLED IT COMPLETELY. You would think that with Wendy’s closing 100 of locations nationwide they might put a little pep in there step and atleast TRY. I sincerely hope your store is one of those that closes. So I went down the road to Chick Fil A picked up TWO mobile orders in a matter of 5 minutes. And that’s exactly why Chick Fil A is amazing and you guys suck. If I don’t see my money refunded, I will be contacting corporate.
