  Worst experience at an Arby’s smashed food and small burgers for 12.00 meal not worth the money! Won’t be back! Tried using your link to put my info in so could let you know how unsatisfactory this experience was and your link failed to accept my info par for the course with the previous reviews of this Arby’s going uncorrected after so many being same way!!! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AVOID THIS ARBYS AT ALL COST BEFORE SOMEONE GETS FOOD POISONING!!!

  Don’t waste your time eating at this place I ordered a fresh fry and fresh chicken sandwich and it came out less than 30 seconds. It take 7 to 9 minutes to cook chicken it’s a 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 minutes to cook fries with extra mayo I got my food in less than a minute from me ordering I asked for fresh the two guys in the back needs to be replaced and or retrained

  When you're employees talk about the customers they should make sure they are right. I ordered 2 beef and cheddar meals with curly fries and 2 cups of cheddar and a French dip meal with curly fries. Got the bag and everything was in the bag except the 2 cups of cheddar the cashier asked the kitchen for a 2 cup because only one was there the one who handed me the bag said that I already had the cheddar in the bag and I showed her it indeed wasn't in the bag she still didn't admit her mistake. The cashier was friendly but if your employees don't want to work customer service then send them home. It makes you all look bad. And as I work in the food industry it gives us all a bad rep.
