  The burger patties were hours old. Hard as shoe leather. I took two bites before I noticed how rock hard the beef was. Had a foul taste. 30 minutes later I'm puking. I can't imagine how this happened. Never had a problem here before. Whoever made the burger needs to eat one themselves and then be fired immediately. Your customers put the food into their bodies for crying out loud. I manage a restaurant. This would never have gotten by the pass at my place. UNACCEPTABLE! I got the burgers around 10:45pm on April 11th. I noticed not a single response or apology to bad reviews from the manager, or franchise owner. So don't bother expecting anything to be made right. If you have a problem with this location, send a message to the Wendy's corporate page on Facebook. I had a problem at different location a few years ago and they were fast to make it right.

  I went there today, which is Saturday, around 6:30. Not only did they get my order wrong. The fries were hard, the soda was flat. The young lady at register, who took money, went to the back to remake my burger, with the same gloves she takes money with. And lied abd said she didn't, after I let her know that I saw her pick up the meat, witg those gloves, she got quiet, because of guilt. I usually don't have problems with this location, but after today, ill go elsewhere.

  I ordered tenders and they were like a chew toy!! Not edible! Nobody should have put those in a bag for a customer! I drove 5 minutes away before I opened my bag. I definitely turned around. I then walk in to return them and it is so hot inside the building uncomfortably hot! Someone definitely needs to turn the air on, that maybe why nobody's in here.

  I'd like to acknowledge whomever was on shift 03/06 around 7:13pm, I only ordered baconator fries but they were perfectly made! I am very satisfied with both quantity and quality, keep up the amazing work!

  I never write reviews for any place but in this case it’s different. I went through to get my siblings and I food, when i first ordered the young man was nice. It was when i got to the window that he was all of a sudden he had an attitude. I had asked for 2 extra sauces and he told me no they are 50 cents each, he was ringing them up and i just asked for one he only gives me a thumbs up not even looking my way. I think the employees were rude and showed very little good customer service.
