I've never ever been to a Taco Bell and had an experience worse than the two times I've been to this location. Honestly should have loaned my lesson the first time I came for breakfast and instead of a breakfast burrito I got a warm empty tortilla. This time I came through and the dude at the register straight up made fun of me for using cash lol. Not to mention I didn't get any sauce. Please stay away from this location, maybe cover it with toilet paper on Halloween or something.

When we finally got our food, I told the girl we had been waiting 43 minutes but she did not care. There were 3-4 other people waiting inside for 40+ minutes for their food. Multiple people came inside, saw the crowd, asked how long we had been waiting, and left when they heard 30+ minutes. This is not abnormal for this location either. My wife waited 47 minutes in the drive thru not long ago. This location used to be good and now it’s the absolute worst. Corporate needs to look into the franchisee to see what is going on.
