  This place can’t get any worse. They’ve taken away where you can order at the counter. The people in their are rude and then even if you do order it the counter, they screw up your food on purpose just to charge you wrong. Do not eat here and I hope they close this location.

  Jared , the manager at the Hamilton Mill location in Buford Ga. was polite, and kindly assisted with ordering via the kiosk, with a friendly hello and smile. Thank you for your excellent customer service and the food was good too!

  they have me tacos that had been sitting and were soggy and cold not even edible unless you were starving. and I stopped here during a road trip.

  They claimed systems were down after I placed an order online. Lady at the drive thru around 10:35 was rude to my brother picking it up and entirely unhelpful when he clarified if online orders were down too. A guy inside named Adrian was helpful and made sure our food got made and we didn't lose money. That lady needs to not work in customer service. I work in it, it's not that hard to be considerate. Thank you Adrian
