- ATAloni TannerMar 20, 20261.0i ordered a chipotle chicken avocado melt which is my same order for years now. they have never made a mistake before so I didnt think i had to check it. I get home (20 min away), open my food to a cold sandwich on white bread soaked and smothered with mayonnaise and tomatoes, bacon, arugula. i dont like tomatoes or mayo... so beyond pissed doesnt even describe it. I call them because absolutely not I need a refund or I need a free sandwhich tomorrow and they let it ring until the line hung itself up. I will be calling again in the morning, this was extremely irritating and i hope they make it right.

It’s been on a steady decline for a while. They leave stuff out on almost every delivery order. They are EXTREMELY SLOW! They won’t start the order until it’s suppose to be delivered already. The food quality is going waaay down hill. If I ever go inside all the tables are dirty. This place needs serious help.

Our order was ready but not available so we had to wait to ask for it. Then, we didn’t think to check our order since the receipt on the bag had the correct items. However, after we arrived at our destination and checked our order we realized we were without several sides, we had no napkins and no cutlery.
