  Shout out to Michael at this location. Knows what customer service is. My order was wrong for my pregnant wife, so you can imagine how that went. Instead of making my transaction harder than it needed to be he rectified the situation and remade it in record time. I got the new Huntrax box and I think they were working out some kinks with it, but will return because of the service and usually fresh food.

  Horrible service read my story I got my daughter a happy meal asked for no onions and it had onions she wouldn't eat it so I grabbed the burger went back to McDonald's mind you its 10 minutes away I asked if they can throw in a small fries because the fries at home will be cold the manager said no it must have upset him that I had the I asked because when I got home and my daughter opened the burger there was a couple pieces of onions stuck to the burger and it smelled like onions I had my wife smell it because she has a nose like a hound dog and she could smell it to so instead of making a new burger they tried to scrape off the onions so guess who had to go back I did I asked for chicken nuggets instead since they can't mess that up they did give me the nuggets but no apologies not once and now I have to take more time out of my life so I can write this post and all this because I asked for a small fri so my daughter doesn't have to eat cold fries I use to go there once a week I was a great customer now I go to the buford location because I dont feel right giving them my business i wish there was an option to give zero stars

  I used to love this McDonald’s and still do when it’s right, but why are Mcdoubles not being made with two patties? Otherwise it’s just a cheeseburger and a dollar cheaper. My whole order was two mcdoubles and a drink. Nothing fancy. I got two cheeseburgers. I could have bought 3 cheeseburgers for the price of two mcdoubles if I knew I would get the same thing either way. Its literally called a mcdouble for two patties. I will say at least the burgers tasted decent, Typically the taste is pretty consistent at this location, but people should be getting what they order.

  The service now sucks at this location. Not only was the person rude but gave me a biscuit that was hard as the rock outside and the wrong drink.

  This used to be my favorite McDonalds. They’re always friendly and on top of their stuff. Well this morning was VERY unpleasant. The lady in the first window made me sit there for 2 minutes before even acknowledging that I was there. Then in the second window the young lady was shoving my coffee out at me, no hello or good morning, nothing. Then gave me bag of food and I was going to ask for my tea and mustard but she just shut the window in my face. Another young woman had asked her what I was waiting for and then came over to ask me and I told her I had ordered an unsweetea and was going to ask for mustard before having the window shut in my face. She apologized but then I get back to bring the food and the damn tea is sweet.
