  literally how do yall manage to always have the most rude manager? I placed my order on the app and I have the physical receipt but yall want to be rude and say my order isn’t there when u gave me the wrong thing. get it together.

  They say the dining room is open at a certain time and yet the door is locked. They should adjust the time on the door for the dining room. I tried to use the dining room at 10:47, but the door was locked.

  Had the worst experience with a light skin Manager young man very rude and nonchalant!!! First of all it took him forever to give us our food and when he did we asked for a cup for Water and he walked away and turned his back to me and my friend we asked again and he slowly walked towards us with an attitude and gave us a baby cup and was like shaking his head so we argued back n forth and I asked where was the manager and he said he was I said you needed some home training or needed to go home because he looked like he was high on drugs or hung over this is one of the Worst McDonalds in Gwinnett. I will never go there again so sad

  I don't usually leave reviews but the McDonald's next to kani house at mall ga got horrible past 3 times I went the burger was raw not cooked I like my meat to be done chicken nuggets very cold didn't get no sauce fries was cold i wasn't planning to go back there at that location nomore but I thought I give it another try next time if I do go back and it's horrible I will go back inside and get my money back this ridiculous spending 20 or more dollars on food and it's not good I go there all the time but lately idk what's going on!
