- PCPriscila Sarai CortesFeb 20, 20261.0Took More than 20 minutes to be able to order my food from drive thru when they finally take my order i order 2 of the number 5 on the menu screen and 2 strawberry and cream pie and when we pull to the window to pay and receive the food we look at the bag and there was no pies and when we ask the employee she told us we didn’t pay and check our receipt and they didn’t put it in our order and we drive off to eat our food and it was the wrong order. I was totally dissapointed because customer service was really rude to us and after waiting more than 20 minutes in the drive thru the employee try yo rush us to place our order. Pretty bad customer service as it happen today of 02/202026 around 5:20 am
