  Very responsive and involved owner and GM. The restaurant is clean and service is quick. I can’t wait to use them for future catering orders for the office, now that we have a location close to us.

  Kid behind the register - Roberto - struggled with the basics of taking an order and customer service. Not only did he over charge us but didn’t get our order right. The back talk from this kid wasn’t ok and we will not be back. It took three times to review our order with this kid and he still entered it wrong and our sandwiches had to be made twice. How hard is it to order a plain ham and turkey sandwich and a Chicken Bacon Ranch with no onions, or tomato? The back talk and lack of accountability was crazy. Too bad because this is so close to work that it would have become a regular place for us. Will never go back.

  Went to this location on its 2nd day of opening. Didn’t know it was here and at the time it wasn’t on google maps. Young people working all still being trained and the manager on duty was doing a fantastic job teaching and being positive with the staff. The staff was very polite and even when they didn’t know something they asked their manager instead of just messing up or wasting time. Food was excellent and the same Jimmy John’s style you know and expect with a brand new clean and good atmosphere building. I will most certainly be back to this location. Keep up the good work!
