Second time ordering here and second time with issues. First time we were missing a couple things but not a big deal. Ordered again today and they missed a whole set of wings (15), our fries, and the ranch we had to pay $4 for (which is ridiculous). Also the wings were WAY over cooked. Waiting on uber to credit back missing items. I guess their current 2.1 star rating is accurate. I would avoid this place as they can’t seem to get anything we order correct.

Horrible customer service. They answer the phone with just “hello” and provide no professionalism at all. They forgot a large portion of our order and then had an attitude when we called about it.
We ordered delivery because we did not have a ride. Wingstop uses DoorDash, and the driver confirmed those were the only bags the store handed over. Missing from our $130 order were 15 wings, 2 large fries, and a drink. Instead of correcting their mistake, they told us to bring the food back to the store so they could “verify” it, which makes no sense for a delivery order.
Completely unacceptable service. Do NOT order from the Wingstop on Buford Dr at the Exchange.
