I placed my order 20 minutes ahead so I wouldn't have to wait, but when I got there, there wasn't a single worker at the front. After a while, someone finally walked out from the back, so I told her I had an online order. She just said "hello" and went back to whatever she was doing on the register. I stood there in awkward silence until she finally noticed that an order receipt had been sitting on the printer the whole time and asked if I placed an online order. Like... yeah I did 20 minutes ago... It was pretty clear no one had checked the receipts or kept up with online orders at all. I ended up waiting another 20+ minutes, which is crazy considering I was the only person there. When my order finally came out, the worker just handed me the bag without saying a word. All that just to get stale fries and mid food. Never coming back.
