    Last night was my first and last time at Topgolf. The lack of management is indubitably vile. The personal attack towards my daughter by so said "C.O" really gives your company a horrible name. To have someone that has zero concerns for the customers. Greg is ego driven. But I promise he would never come around that counter to verbally berate a man. Coward move. Matt the server should go work behind the scenes. Not a people person at all. Short story long we were here for my husband's 60th birthday It turned into we did everything wrong and Greg's ego does everything right. I did speak with Burns as I was leaving and he really knows how to speak to people! It's a shame he isn't the manager.

    Greg Westerholm being your manager and treating and speaking the way he does to people should be investigated. For my dad’s 60th birthday, he decided he wanted to try topgolf because we have always spoken so highly of our experiences. When booking a week in advance, I called to see how it would be best to book. I let the woman know that we would have 6 adults (to my knowledge) playing, (not realizing my 10 year old counted as an adult) and 3 kids. She told me that 8 people could be on a bay at one time, and she didn’t think it would be necessary to book reserve another bay for the 3 kids usually kids can be exceptions. When we arrived, we went to the front desk to clarify our bay and found out we were on the second floor. My mother just casually asks “is there anything on the bottom floor” and was met with a rude, blunt from a red shirt manager (Greg) , “no. We’re 3.5 hours reserved out. If you wanted bottom floor you should’ve put it on your reservation” yikes, it was just a question - no big deal. CLEARLY there was a misunderstanding in my conversion because when we arrived to the bay I was shocked with the immediate berating of “hey can I take your order - by the way you have 2 too many people” (3 of which were children) I explained what I was told before making the reservation, Matt explained their policy, in a very condescending way, while throwing $20 play cards our way (we weren’t trying to get anything for free). After realizing clearly we couldn’t buy another bay because we had already been informed they were 3.5 hours reserved out, and we had 3 children so going to the bar was no benefit, we decided to ask if we could change our time of 2 hours to 1 hour, so that I could go sit in the car with the kids while my dad could try to enjoy his birthday outing. Approaching the front desk, the manager we had previously encountered had his “angry” eyes ready to go. I walk up, inform him of the situation to which he “already knows about”… if you already know about it why haven’t you helped us try to rectify the situation? He proceeds to walk around from the front desk to try to be intimidating, continue to tell me how I am have too many people in the bay (I wasn’t arguing that I was wrong, I was just trying to change my time from 2 hours to 1 since we all wouldn’t be able to enjoy the time) and if they were booked out 3.5 hours, I’m sure they could fill the bay easily, I don’t know why I had to be spoken to like that. Greg Westerholm representing as the director of operations should embarrass the entire TopGolf brand. I will be reaching out to every resource I have to make sure no one I knows spends another dollar at this location. No man should ever try to tower over a woman in intimidation the way your manager Greg did. I wasn’t trying to get anything free, I wasn’t “purposely” breaking the rules. I hope Greg’s wife is safe at home, and kids if he has any. This was my first time ever having more than 5 people at topgolf, and definitely my last.

    The virtual course's putting mechanics need to be fixed. They target currently doesn't match the the yellow nets layout, which makes it rather annoying to deal with.

    I just want to show MAJOR gratitude to Top Golf, Buford for their tremendous customer service. At the beginning of November, my partner and their family suffered a tragic loss. Today, we opted to celebrate a heavenly birthday in honor of my partner’s brother, who passed away so suddenly, and it was an emotionally heavy day for all of us. From the moment we arrived, the compassion, kindness, and understanding shown by the staff made a world of difference. Management went above and beyond to ensure we felt supported and welcomed, never rushed, and genuinely cared for during a very difficult time. Their empathy did not go unnoticed and meant more than words can express. A very special kudos to our server, Hugo, who was absolutely incredible. Hugo was attentive, patient, and warm, striking the perfect balance between excellent service and heartfelt compassion. He made sure everything was taken care of while also treating our family with dignity and kindness, which helped turn a painful day into a moment of connection and remembrance. Thank you, Topgolf Buford, for reminding us that exceptional customer service is about more than just the experience—it’s about humanity. We are deeply grateful and will always remember the kindness shown to our family on this day.
