There was no menu at all. You have to use the kiosk to find what you want which I always hate using. The touch sensitivity of those things is way too low. I have to press what I want several times before it actually registers a press. What I usually get (Mexican pizza) didn't have a combo available. And when I finally placed my order, it took a long time to get it. Mine took about 15 minutes from when I paid. My brother who was with me, his took 21 minutes. He finished placing his order before I did and I got mine first and was able to eat all of mine before his came out. The food was just ok. But no menu? With how often TB ads stuff to the menu it almost completely changes every month or so. Sure a couple things stay, but not what I want.
I will likely never come to this location again.

I love Taco Bell, so I stopped for Taco Bell for breakfast. 3 tacos, 2 nachos, with cheese dip $20. The only thing that was edible was the chips and dip. Oh, and the chips only had 2 in 1 pack, had to go back in and get more chips. Opening my tacos had 3 crunchy. There was clear liquid in my pack with the taco resembling water. The whole bottom half of my shell have an inch all the way across. Was soggy, wouldn't even hold? Hold the meat on all 3 tacos wasn't about to eat. Those took one by cause I was so hungry, but then was like no moving on to the soft tacos. More water and the wrapper, as if intentionally sabotaging my food.
All 3 the same way soggy, not edible purposely done to my food. Anyways, can't trust Taco Bell by my work. Anymore, it's sad. God bless

Literally the worst experience I've ever had. My daughter and I sat in drive thru for over an hour. Im still currently in drive thru waiting. I even asked the guy at the window what is taking so long and why its taking so long. He said its "crazy". I asked who the manager was because they should be leading their team better. He said HE was the manager and has only been there for 2 weeks. Yall.... do not come here. They obviously hire literally whoever to work here. Im the general manager and for this place to function like this is absolutely insane.

Never again. Ordered on the app. Drove up to see the drive thru wrapped around the building. Went in to see lots of customers sitting, no one with food. One worker made the food. One worker handed the food to the customer. All the other workers did absolutely nothing. Well, I guess they did something, hanging out in the back, walking in and out from their cars in the parking lot, etc. At the 20 minute mark, I asked for a refund (the app won't let you cancel the order). The employee said he didn't know how to do that. He looked around to the employees who were standing around but couldn't get their attention from their phone screens. He then went and hid. I talked to the making food worker and at the 30 minute mark, I got my food. (Indoor customers received an order every 5 minutes.)
