    Reluctantly tried this Taco Bell once more. I drove up two cars in front of me where you place your order. No cars in front of them picking up food. I sat there for about 5 minutes and could clearly see the gentleman in the car waiting to place his order was upset. I decided at that time to leave. Did not want to fall for this twice. I think this is a corporate owned taco bell. The should just shut it down, if they can't provide better service. This is a up and growing area. You would think they would want to do better.

    Constantly giving out the incorrect food. If you order on the app and they don't have something they will give you something else with out telling you. Came to pickup and order today and they said it's going to be a 20 minute wait. This location needs either needs more staff to accommodate or just shut down. Most likely the greedy management as I have been here and was told they were out of product which usually indicates they thought that could save a dime by not ordering more on the weekly truck. I've been here 3 time in the last week and each occurrence has had issues. 1st time was no nacho fries. 2nd time was given incorrect order entirely. 3rd time had items missing. This is the 4th time and now have to wait 20 minutes due to lack of management. I would just refund the order and go elsewhere but since it's through the app it is impossible to get refunds. Shut this place down please.

    Need to close location our community deserves better than this. Inside dinning is horribly dirty and unsanitary, I wish I was able to provide photos to substantiate comments and view point Customer service is nonexistent and employees creates a hostile environment, management is no better (unapproachable and lack customer service skills, sarcastic and don't have the concept regarding leadership through example I also cringe coming to this location knowing that there will always be some kind of conflict - there should be no reason no matter the time of day a simple order takes 15 to 20 minutes to prepare and serve For every action there is always a reaction - staff should not and invoke a combative environment - 1 day, there will be a customer that will not accept to unprofessionalism and will react in the negative. This situation could be avoided. I hope someone in regional management reads this message and\n Do an unscheduled visit to the location to see and experience what customers are experienced on a daily basis.

    Literally the worst customer service I have experienced in fast food every time I come here after midnight there is some excuse as to why they can’t service me. Usually they are only accepting DoorDash orders. This time I said ok I’ll order there then and pulled in front to place a DoorDash order . I started my order and was shocked or not so much to find that the store had closed on DoorDash. This is highly unprofessional to not service customers during your hours of operation and I will be contacting your regional manager .

    i’m not usually one to leave reviews, especially bad ones, but i’ve had so many negative experiences with this taco bell i just need to talk about it. i modify my tacos, get them a specific way. i always order on the app because i can trust that the employees will be receiving my correct customizations. the last 3-5 times my husband has gone to pick up our food he had to drive back because they get it wrong. last time he drove back the tacos i received the second time tasted as if they’d been dipped in the cleaning solution. this time he went and clarified to the workers exactly how i wanted them and they still got them wrong. we try to be gracious benefit-of-the-doubt people and it takes a lot to get us to this point, but we will not be returning, and you shouldn’t either. it’s far worth it to travel a few miles farther to a taco bell who actually listens and gives you the food you actually ordered than to deal with this.
