  Taco Bell is my favorite fast food chain and I wish I could give this a lower rating honestly. I've never ever been to a Taco Bell and had an experience worse than the two times I've been to this location. Honestly should have loaned my lesson the first time I came for breakfast and instead of a breakfast burrito I got a warm empty tortilla. This time I came through and the dude at the register straight up made fun of me for using cash lol. Not to mention I didn't get any sauce. Please stay away from this location, maybe cover it with toilet paper on Halloween or something.

  Got home and one whole meal was left out of the bag. $39.99 for food no drinks and then got home with no food for one person.

  If you value your time, avoid this location at all costs. Myself and my sons just stood inside waiting for our order for 43 minutes. When we finally got our food, I told the girl we had been waiting 43 minutes but she did not care. There were 3-4 other people waiting inside for 40+ minutes for their food. Multiple people came inside, saw the crowd, asked how long we had been waiting, and left when they heard 30+ minutes. This is not abnormal for this location either. My wife waited 47 minutes in the drive thru not long ago. This location used to be good and now it’s the absolute worst. Corporate needs to look into the franchisee to see what is going on.

  I don’t leave reviews a lot since I work in food service & know it can be a lot, but it’s unfounded how every time I’ve come here it’s been bad experience after bad experience. If I’m not waiting in line 15-20+ minutes for mobile orders, my order is wrong or the service was horrific. One of my visits I was told to leave as there was a ‘high number of incoming orders’ to which I saw maximum 5 people inside the establishment dining, another time I went inside for my mobile order as the drive thru line was extremely long to which i heard a shift lead, manager, whoever, basically yelling over someone’s English in the drive thru. Another time I couldn’t even get my drink right two times. One night forever ago I came by and it seemed like they were pretending to be closed, lights off & everything. Genuinely if there is any other Taco Bell around you just go to it instead, I understand the plight and stress of service working but this is kind of unforgivable lol

  I’ve had so many bad experiences here the last time I placed a mobile order and sat at the speaker for 15mins with no answer, no cars infront of me either. I went inside and told them I had a mobile order they said ok I waited another 30mins just to leave empty handed and I then found out they never even accepted my order. Idk how this place is still open fr
