They have put sour cream on my nachos when I customized it not a big deal gave it to my husband. I had a family member that just passed last night and I wanted some comfort food while i worked. I am a super picky person when it comes to my food and I put full trust in the cooks with my food. I didn't even personalize the food just ordered it. I was supposed to get an avocado ranch burrito and instead, they gave me the hot sauce one. Not what I asked for DEFINITELY not what I paid for
