- BRBrian R1 day ago1.0This is the most run down, filthy Panera I’ve ever been to. The tables were sticky, the bathroom was downright disgusting. The windows and glass look like they haven’t been cleaned in over a year.

Our order was ready but not available so we had to wait to ask for it. Then, we didn’t think to check our order since the receipt on the bag had the correct items. However, after we arrived at our destination and checked our order we realized we were without several sides, we had no napkins and no cutlery.

THEYVE EVEN GOTTEN IT WRONG AFTER I GO BACK!! and get this, they forgot the noodles in my soup, always forget the drinks you have to ask for them, they literally suck. they are so slow. i love panera but this location absolutely sucks and has sucked everytime i’ve went and many people i’ve spoke to in the area agree. i hardly leave reviews but genuinely this panera ruins my day everytime and ive gave them chance after chance. management definitely needs to step in and teach them how to be kinder too.
