The way they carried on, it makes you think they dropped your doughnuts on the floor, before giving it to me. I never have a good experience at this location. If my box not sticky, they shorten me 2 doughnuts, or they always look mean at the window. I now going back to location in Duluth.

My husband stopped by around 4 PM to pick up donuts for my dad’s birthday, and we were especially excited about the Boston Cream since that was what he wanted for his birthday dessert. Unfortunately, all of the Boston Cream donuts were hard as a rock and tasted anything but fresh. On top of that, my husband said the woman taking his order was rude and not very welcoming. That made the experience even more frustrating. He tried calling the store three times afterward to speak with someone about the issue, but no one answered. It was really disappointing, especially since this was meant to be a special treat for my dad’s birthday. We expected better quality and customer service.

We received our drinks and waited 15 minutes for our doughnuts. Keep in mind everyone that ordered after us received their doughnuts and left. We asked where our order was and the one girl that took our order had moved to the drive through. The other girl said, I don't know what you ordered. We asked for a refund for the doughnuts and paid for our drinks and left. Have all your employees know the counter order. So disappointing!!!
