- ESEthan SandbergDec 12, 20251.0we arrived at this location around 9pm. put our order in and waited a decent amount of time. several families came in and placed their order as well. we continued to wait while multiple orders were called in front of ours for people that arrived well after our party. i proceeded to go up to the counter and ask about our order i was approached by an employee that seemed to be under the influence of a substance. i looked behind the counter to see our order just sitting waiting to be bagged. i finally got my order to find out that the bacon was left off my burger that i paid extra for. my milkshake was completely forgotten about as well and i had to go back up to the very odd acting employee and ask for him to make it. while finally getting to eat our food music began to be played extremely loud everyone in the restaurant was like what is going on. the lights were turned completely off then turned on and off multiple times this is all happening before it was closing time with customers still in the restaurant. extremely disappointed in this five guys location. i’ve been coming to five guys since i was a young child and have never experienced this kind of service. i would strongly encourage retraining this team of employees due to the fact of their extreme unprofessional behavior!!

We ordered 30 minutes ahead through mobile, yet still had to wait, and our order was completely wrong. The fries were cold, overcooked, and only half a portion. They even forgot our bacon, grilled mushrooms, and onions. Very disappointing experience — avoid this location!
