    Dirty. No soap or toilet paper. Manager and staff are rude. Manager said lobby is closed to use the app or drive around.

    Yeah so apparently Dunkin' Donuts is punishing you for wanting less ice in your drink, because if you ask for Less ice they give you half a cup of your drink stating that the manager won't let them fill it all the way to the top because you took the ice out. Ice was always a preference and the amount of ice is also a preference. the fact that your coffee shop gives you a half full cup because you take out the free is wrong!!!!
