  I have never had a good experience at this restaurant. The last time I came here I brought my reusable Dunkin tumbler and asked for an ice coffee refill and 3 donuts. You would have thought they had never worked there before and looked at me like I had no idea what I was talking about. They not only charged me full price for a refill they also told me they were charging me extra because I was using my reusable tumbler and then proceeded to make this "coffee" and charged me for an extra swirl that I did not ask for. And then handed me three basically squished donuts. See the pictures of the iced coffee that they gave me that had NO ice. I contacted the company and got the run around and I am just so frustrated with this particular establishment. They need to update their staff and teach them how to run a coffee shop.

  I. Stop by this Dunkin’ Donuts every morning, and it’s truly one of the highlights of my day. The staff here is always friendly, professional, and welcoming — they greet you with a smile and somehow remember everyone’s regular order! The customer service is consistently excellent, and my coffee and breakfast are always made perfectly. You can tell the team really cares about their customers and takes pride in what they do. It’s rare to find a place where you feel like more than just another customer, but this Dunkin’ definitely gives that personal touch every single time. Highly recommend

  I ordered a large Caramel Craze Latte, perfectly made, just the right balance of espresso and sweetness. Every single time I come here, my order is spot on. No mix-ups, no weird aftertaste, just pure coffee perfection. Honestly, I don’t know what’s wrong with the people leaving bad reviews. They’re haters. Agents of chaos. Probably Starbucks operatives running a smear campaign from the shadows. Of all the Dunkin’s I’ve ever been to, this one stands above the rest, the GOAT of coffee stops. And Trey? The man moves with purpose. I dropped a napkin, he caught it mid-air without breaking eye contact. I asked for a straw, he handed me two, “just in case.” That’s foresight. That’s leadership. Trey handed me my coffee, looked me dead in the eyes, and said, “You deserve better.” Next thing I know, he’s asking for my boss’s number. I laughed... he didn’t. Ten minutes later, my phone rings. It’s my boss. He says, “I don’t know who this Trey guy is, but you’re getting a raise.” I don’t even remember driving to work after that. I just remember floating, spiritually caffeinated, emotionally healed, and $3.25 richer an hour When I left, I didn’t just feel caffeinated... I felt chosen. If this Dunkin’ ever becomes a franchise of faith, Trey’s gonna be the high priest of hazelnut. I walked in needing energy. I walked out ready to run for office. If you ever find yourself near this Dunkin’, stop what you’re doing and go see Trey. You won’t just get coffee , you’ll get clarity.

  I get my day started with the Hamilton Mill location daily! Everything is always spot-on. Friendly staff greets me with a smile, and my order is prepared quickly and correctly. I have my usual, a medium vanilla iced latte with two pumps of caramel, plain bagel minis, and my son gets a chocolate covered donut with sprinkles. The latte was rich and perfectly chilled, and the donuts and bagel minis were fresh, soft, and delicious. The space was clean and inviting, and the overall vibe made it clear the team takes pride in what they do. — highly recommended!
