- ZRZachary R1 day ago1.0The rice was undercooked in the last two orders, missing ingredients in the last three orders now, missing chips, and it's been underwhelming every time. That was the last. I'm not sure who they trained for this location, but they need help.

I placed a catering order intended to feed 15–20 people, and what we received would barely feed 6–7. This wasn’t a minor inconvenience — it was a major mistake that left me unable to feed my guests and put me in a very embarrassing position during the event. When I called the location to address the issue, the only resolution offered was a 5% refund, which is completely unreasonable given the size of the error and the situation it caused.

Opened and was met with a bowl of rice, some beans and a few sprinkles of chicken. Seriously?? No exaggeration, maybe 8 to 10 little nuggets as big as my thumbnail! Thank goodness I had beans in there otherwise it would've basically been a rice bowl! At $9 a bowl you need to do WAY better! Looking at the other reviews, I don't think this location is gonna make it if something doesn't change.

When I arrived around 11:30 a.m., the food area (behind the counter where the food was being prepped) looked like a complete mess. The food was scattered all over the ground, and the overall appearance was disgusting. I quietly mentioned this to the manager, thinking he would appreciate the feedback. Instead, he brushed it off and said, “We just got done prepping,” then raised his voice and added that if I wanted to help, I could apply for a job since they were short-staffed. I couldn’t believe it. I told him this is a restaurant, and having food all over the floor where you're prepping food to be served to customers is a terrible look. His response? “You don’t have to eat here.” When I asked who the manager was, he said, “I’m the general manager.” I’m 49 years old, and this was the worst customer experience I’ve ever had in my life. I will be contacting Chipotle corporate on Monday to report this incident.
- RMR MOct 17, 20251.0Just walked out of this Chipotle. I stood in front of two Latino middle-age men who were too busy having a conversation to acknowledge me or take my order. They went about the conversation back a forth like I wasn't standing there right in front of them for a few minutes, looked at me, kept talking. Terrible customer service. One was definitely a kitchen staff and I'm pretty sure the other one was a manager. I have been waiting for this chipotle location to open since I work down the street but I rather drive to Buford Drive where I get great service. This isn't the first time I get ignored here but based on this reviews, I see bad customer service is normal at this location.
