  When I walked in into chipotle, there were four people standing in line and one employee handling the line. I noticed the cook was on the grill, chopping the meat and stocking the line. He saw all of us standing In line and requested help from the two employees standing in the takeout line that were having a conversation laughing and cutting up. One of them abruptly said we’re talking! He just shook his head in disbelief and noticed I was frustrated and said I apologize, sir. I was just about to walk out when he said sir let me help you. I asked him his name. His name was Ben. He apologized for the employee standing over there not helping. I asked If he was a manager. He said no actually that is the manager and the cashier standing over by the takeout window having the conversation. If it hadn’t been for Ben, not only cooking, chopping up the meat and restocking the line as well as helping me get my order fulfilled I would have left. I then found out that the manager and cashier were cutting up and talking on their phones, not paying attention to anything going on in the store. This is not the first time I’ve been in this chipotle that has had terrible service. I just want to give the highest recommendation ever to Ben. He did not have to handle all of the responsibilities he handled. Again, he was cooking the meat chopping the meat, restocking the line and filling orders while the night manager, and his cashier were carrying on a conversation, not paying attention to anything. Thank you Ben very much. You deserve a raise and certainly an accolade from the store owners.

  So let me start by saying Sophia is great and gives exceptional customer service thank you. JOHN, I hope your not a manager. Idc if you got raw chicken at Publix before and they didn’t refund it. I hadn’t even paid for my meal wasn’t upset just wanted the issue of raw chicken to be corrected. I don’t need you to explain how the chicken is kept in a heated drawer for 2 hours or kept sat a specific temp. If we both are looking at raw chicken in my bowl. In the future Address the issue, fix it and keep it moving.. no one cares about the reason! As someone who owns and manages businesses.. fix the issue John and Explain less!!

  So my husband ordered beans and chicken bowl and when he took his first bite, he paused and spat out something hard. He thought it was an eggshell but why would it be that? He was so turned off by it that he had to toss the rest of the food. This was the second time this has happened and he thought it was a fluke. Guess he can just find another place with the lack of hard rocks in the food.

  Did a to-go order today and was completely ripped off with a terrible portion size. Doing this to the to-go orders is the fastest way to get someone ticked off at you.

  I’ve been going to this location twice a week for months. The store manager was there today. Wanted to charge me $7 for a 4oz side of meat. Would not allow the simple substitution of rice or beans for pico de gallo. AREN’T BEANS MORE EXPENSIVE? DO A BETTER JOB OF CATERING TO THE CUSTOMER. YOU HAVE LOST MY BUSINESS. MUNDY MILL CATERS TO THEIR CUSTOMERS, THAT IS WHY THIS LOCATION HAS 2 STARS :)
