- ZZZeeJan 14, 20261.0Unfortunately, nothing tasted fresh. The food was dry and seemed like it had been sitting out for quite some time. This was not the quality I expect, and I left very disappointed.
- A쉡Jan 11, 20261.0When I was eating my burrito, I found a piece of plastic inside it. I brought it back to the store and asked to speak with the manager. She looked at it and said it looked like plastic, then immediately asked whether I wanted it remade or refunded — without offering any apology. I had to ask her if she shouldn’t apologize first. Only then did she say “sorry” and again asked about a refund. At that point, her attitude made me even more upset, but I chose to have the burrito remade instead. She went back to the kitchen and made a new one. I understand that mistakes can happen, especially when a restaurant is busy. However, speaking to a customer in a blunt way without any apology is another mistake in itself. I hope the restaurant will pay more attention to food safety and also to customer service in the future.

I come to this Chipotle at least 3x a week and nowadays the portions they serve are to say the least poor, I asked for a full portion and the lady keep insisting on charging me double. Do better Chipotle.
