Both my fiance and I got a #2, ate, walked around for a bit and within 15-20 minutes started feeling very sick. We couldn’t even finish shopping without rushing home with the runs. So disappointed 🥲

Cashier asked for my order confirmed what I said then I got the receipt and saw it said something different, then the manager came out and cooked it for me, went back to my seat took a bite and realized it was missing the bacon I paid for, so I walk up and they handed me a single piece of bacon for my large sandwich... at that point I didn't want to even correct them because I was over it at that point, job is clearly too hard for them even though they weren't even busy lol.

- J`Jeffrey JosephOct 18, 20253.0I just got the old school which was supposed be an extra portion of beef that came with onions and first they forgot the onions and all they did is sauté some onions and added it in the sandwich and then covered the rest of the sandwich with a bunch of cheese sauce, so it makes up for the lack of meat portion, I was excited to get some food at Charlie’s since they just reopened and I expected better. I get they can be busy and they can make mistakes sometimes but when I’m paying a good amount of money to eat there, I want my food to be what I ordered.
