  It’s the second time I come in a year, both times they run out of everything early. All they say is “unfortunately we’re out of it.” For the meats they quite literally only had grilled chicken and Harrissa chicken. Nothing else. No steak. No lamb. No falafel. Even for sauces, didn’t even have red hummus. For toppings not even olives. What a sad experience. The workers were polite but had 0 rush or sense of care for the lack of food. I don’t know if it’s a manager issue if stock issue, perhaps not the servers problems but lines full and barely anything to offer is pathetic. Not even a manager in sight to say something like “in xyz minutes the lamb will be out” etc. Save yourself the trip to this location, Duluth is much better they care to be stocked.

  Just close the Cava in Buford GA. Yesterday I went there at 4:30pm and encountered 2 unpleasant youth behind the counter. The did not smile or engage and when I tried to ask questions the Asian young man was rude. They were out of the 2 most popular drinks during peak dinner hours. This evening the young people were a bit more pleasant however, once again, during peak dinner hours, they are out of brown rice (the white rice was hard and stale) and tzatziki sauce. So after waiting in line for 30 minutes we left. This location is just horrible. They are ALWAYS run out of something, short staffed, and the store is poorly run and void of any customer service. I just moved from the DC Metro area so perhaps I’m just spoiled.

  James, Genesis, Caitlin were awesome! So informative and helpful and made my first time experience great! I’ll definitely be back soon and will be making sure to sign up for the rewards that James put me on to!

  Food is good... Great actually .... The issue is the cost for the portion size you're receiving. I paid $30 for extra meat portion and and extra scoop of rice and the bowl was still barely half full.... Crazy. Seems like a place you only indulge in like once or twice a year.

  Came here with high hopes only to be highly disappointed. First off the workers aren’t very friendly so the vibes are immediately off. They were refilling the food by dumping the new food in the old containers and it was falling into the other containers. Gross! There was food everywhere. They were out of toppings. The food didn’t even taste that good. They were out of ice. One of the other customers told me they are always out of ice. I would never waste my time coming here again.
