I decided to try the new Italian sandwich. When I went to pay, the car in front of me had to pull up and wait for their food, Soni could barely get to the window. After I paid, the lady wanted me to pull forward. I explained to her that no one was behind me and the car in front of me was in my way as far as pulling up. She kept insisting I pull up. I am guessing she is on a timer as to how long I wait at the window. Once the car got their food, she asked me to pull up yet again. I could only go so far as there were nushithat would have blocked the employee from delivering my food.
You guys need to lighten up about pulling forward and just do a quicker job on getting my food out.
After all that, the sandwich was not very good and I don't think I will order it again. I will also not return to this establishment as long as the employees are more concerned about getting the customer away from the window than customer service.
