  Worst customer service I’ve experienced at 7 Brew. The employees were rude while taking my order and acted as if I was inconveniencing them. I asked for very light ice, and it has been made exactly the way I requested many times in the past. It seemed like the girl taking my order was not fully listening while I was explaining it. When I politely asked if my drink could be remade, they appeared irritated and didn’t want to be bothered. I have ordered this same drink before without any issues, so I know it can be done correctly.

  My husband & I have been coming here since opening day & the experience is always great! The service is quick & friendly, & the whole team does an awesome job with Gabriel M always standing out! He always has a positive attitude, is hard-working, kind & we always enjoy getting to chat with him when we stop by! :)

  I never even knew this place existed I used to be like a loyal starbucks customer for like 30 years but with recent negative experience at the Starbucks down the street I started looking for a new coffee shop and let me just say I came to this coffee shop with zero expectation I just wanted in Americano and I didn’t want to spend $13 on a coffee. The first day that I was in their drive-through somebody rear-ended my car it didn’t cause any damage to my vehicle but it caused damage to the other vehicle unfortunately the driver got out and I got out and she says what do you wanna do and I said I just wanna get a coffee I don’t really care that you hit my car and I’m sorry that it scratched your bumper she was super kind to me and I got back in my car and got my coffee. I wish that more people could have a positive interaction with other people like I had even though somebody had hit my car in the drive-through the first time I was there it was still one of the most positive experiences that I’ve had all year and the employees at seven brew are pretty awesome they all have a smile on their face and you don’t have to worry about upsetting somebody or insulting somebody because of their pronouns. Politically correct coffee in a politically correct environment equals the United States of America maybe might come back and be the strongest country again. As for that other coffee company they’re owned by a private equity firm called Black rock I don’t know who owns seven brew but I don’t think they have venture partners and DEI policies.
