The employees were engaged in conversation with the person in the car in front of me, who was eating while working. This poor service and product quality were a stark contrast to my previous experiences at this establishment. I’ve been here many times, but this visit was the worst and will definitely be my last.

A girl comes out with my drink during a shift change and hands me the drink and says I owe $3. I look at the guy and told him how he already charged me just for him to act like he didn’t remember me in the 5min I was there. He then promised I wasn’t getting double charged without checking and claimed it was a system error. Once i got home I checked and of course I was charged two different amounts and have called the customer service number for no one to respond to refund me.
