I have come to the conclusion that who is working that day matters. To day the smoothie was not blended all the way so they was left over ice cubes at the bottom. I would as that management make sure that the process of making smoothies be consistent every time no matter who is making it and no matter what time of day it is. My money is the same so why can't the product I buy be the same every time. Today was my cheat day and I feel like I got cheated with this un blended smoothie. Please do better. Thank you

I also don’t know why there’s no screen n they never give you a menu🙂 it’s important to have employees that actually have experiences. Why be giving people cold faces? If you don’t and can’t work cuz it’s too cold out or you just upset, don’t come to work and bring that energy around.

Love the Brunette with pumpkin or peppermint. They are super sweet in general but you can order half sweet or 3/4 sweet to lessen the super sweet if you want. LOVE that they don't upcharge for addional flavors. Only extra if you add more sweet or extra cream than what normally co.es with!
