  I don't know is the service good or not I'm waiting for 5 minutes nobody's in line four employees doing the drive-thru and don't save one second. You need to teach how you do customer service!

  Takes way too long 45 minute stuck in a awful drive thru with no way to leave. Will make you late for work everytime. Don't waste your time here.

  Outstanding Service and Perfect Atmosphere! I had an exceptional experience at this Dunkin’ location! From the moment I walked in, Bre, JC, and Amaya greeted me with warm smiles and genuine hellos that set the tone for my entire visit. The store was absolutely immaculate – you could tell the team takes real pride in maintaining a clean, welcoming environment. Even the bathroom was spotless, which is always a pleasant surprise. The pastry case was beautifully organized and displayed, making it easy to see all the delicious options. What really stood out was how helpful and friendly the entire staff was. Their kindness wasn’t just surface-level; they were genuinely attentive and made me feel valued as a customer. I ended up conducting a job interview in the dining room, and it turned out to be the perfect casual spot – comfortable, clean, and with just the right atmosphere. This is exactly what great customer service looks like. Highly recommend this location, and kudos to Bre, JC, and Amaya for making it such a wonderful experience!

  I give you negative star because I buy large berry bust usually come 8 pumps berry and pay 2 pump extra for berry and she put it less and if I tell her she argues with me
