  Ate dinner at the Dairy Queen in Buford Ga. Yesterday 4/15/26 and the food was delicious hot and freshly cooked. We ordered the cheeseburger value meal that included a cheeseburger, fries, drink and a choice of toppings sundae ice cream. The value meal was very impressive for the price and the amount of of food we received. The employees were very nice and the restaurant was very busy.

  Ordered a plain burger meat and bun for my kid. Had everything on it. Went back through to fix it and said meat and bread. A staff member told the kitchen "meat and bread" Still got it wrong.

  i had only been too dairy queen a handful of times in my life every time I had gone, the experience had been mid. And so has the food. this time was different. my first time at the buford dairy queen was a saturday night, cars were lining up to order, and moving too. i walk in and it's packed. kids,familys all sitting down eating food, im geetted immediately but im worried bc im really hungry and idk what to order. michelle met me at the counter immediately, and so patiently waited for me to figure out what i wanted, took my order very attentively and perfectly, i didn't have to repeat anything. very, very shortly after i payed and sat down with my drink, me and my friend where handing out food at our table and asked if we want any sauces! and immediately after that came out our respective ice creams! everything was fresh, right, and so delicious. all in the middle of a dinner rush!! you can tell they really have it together up here, and is so nice to expierence when your someone like me who does van life and mostly depends on fast food to survive. was completely worth the money, time, and stomach room! i might even feel safe enough to try out the chili dogs here without being scared of how it's gonna come out and the buttered toast was immmacccccculate😩😩😩🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 thank you

  Second time I've been here and apparently a plain cheese burger is too hard? The person at the drive through even ask me again if I wanted it plain and instead I get a burger with everything on it. Great job I guess.

  Ordered the new swicy chicken tender meal. It's advertised as coming with soft serve. LITERALLY ALL IN THE PICS. I didnt get the soft serve with my meal to dip it in so I called up there for the soft serve and the person on the phone said you have to ask for it. No where in the website, menu, etc does it say you have to ask for it. She refused to do anything about it, like offer what was being now falsely advertised. The tenders were actually decent and we do food reviews so the presentation is important and cool things like dipping in soft serve so that was unfortunate. Just train people better.
