  I am extremely disturbed by my experience at this Chipotle location. I ordered a bowl and while eating, I felt something get stuck in my throat. At first I thought it was lettuce, except I did not even order lettuce. After struggling for about 10 minutes to get it out, I realized it was actually a produce sticker from an avocado. This was not just unpleasant. It was a choking hazard and honestly very scary. What made it even worse was how the staff handled it. When I called to speak to the GM, Ana answered, said the GM was speaking to another GM, and hung up on me. When I called back and said I had been hung up on, I heard her say to someone that she did not want to speak to me. Then I was put on the phone with someone named Claudia, who said she was the team lead but could barely understand what I was saying. The response I got was basically, “What you want lady? Refund or you can come for new bowl.” No apology. No concern. No accountability. No acknowledgment that a foreign object in someone’s food is a serious safety issue. This is a brand new Chipotle, and after this experience, I understand why the rating is already so low. Customers deserve better food safety standards and much better treatment than this.

  This place has gone DOWN hill since it's opening. There was not a long wait, no more than two people. The prep counter was disgusting. The dining tables were nasty. The soda area was just as nasty. They need to CLEAN UP.

  Me and my family have been coming here since this location has opened. My 4 year old son always gets a barbacoa quesadilla, but we always get the barbacoa on the side because he doesn't like the barbacoa inside the quesadilla. Every location we have ever gone to always accommodates this request. We still get charged for a kid's barbacoa quesadilla, but this time, an employee named John refused to accommodate us on this. We ended up walking out with my son crying because he refused to make a quesadilla if the meat wasn't inside, even if we were willing to pay for the additional charge. I don't know if his real name is John, as he hesitated to give me his name. But chipotle, please be more mindful of the people you employ. We asked multiple times if there was any way we could just pay for the barbacoa and were met with refusal each time. This is unacceptable behavior, especially since it was food for a child and we were willing to pay.

  Great location for all the neighbourhood around the area.. i’ve been going there for past 3months.. i see different faces all the time. When i asked to put some extra fajitas & cheese on my bowl, she said that they are not allowed to put extra stuff. I would choose Taco Guy across the street and have authentic mexican food.
