- AHAlexa HApr 6, 20261.004.06.26 - THE WORST CHIPOTLE ive ever been to. I came in at 2:45. There was no line no wait however there was nobody to even greet us or attend us to order. Also there was a lady on her phone while prepping the food! (Picture attached) there was barely any food and when I asked for Brown wise or anything that came on the burrito bowl the employee had to SCRAPE what he had from the tray. This is completely insane. The rice was cold and burnt. The Barbacoa was just a bunch of fat.. You can see the pictures that I posted. I will definitely call corporate about this.

He walked off as soon as i got to the front to go speak to a female coworker. Walked off right after making my food and nevergave me a receipt. I'll be there tomorrow to get a refund and to speak with a manager. Extremely disappointed

Hopefully the leadership (franchise or corporate) start looking into this issue. Maybe it's the associates working this shift 🤔. And the irony , i was going to a real Mexican restaurant and choose this place because it was very close to my residence. I won't be back anytime soon.

Aside from there being barely 5 pieces of chicken in the bowl, the chicken was fatty and did not taste fresh AT ALL. The quality control here is wayyyy off. How can you NOT PROPERLY COOK RICE!??? Horrible food. Last time wasting money here. 😩🥴
