  This Chick-fil-A is probably one of the worst Chick-fil-A‘s. I go to and I love Chick-fil-A.. The fact that I do a mobile order because I work inside the mall and I come and spend a lot of money with you guys regularly but yet I always have an issue half the time I get there unless there’s like a legit manager there The associates don’t even say anything to you when you walk up in the mobile line today I went to go get my lunch ordered it at 2:10 got a notification saying it was done by 2:20 and then stood there for 10 minutes while they all just kept walking past me, not saying a word then I finally get frustrated to ask for a refund and it takes another 10 to 15 minutes for them to figure out how to get me a refund and then the kid just says here’s a little card sorry about that. I feel like that’s horrible customer service, especially for a customer who comes and spends a decent amount of money with you I eat their multiple times a week but I definitely probably I’m going to reevaluate that. Maybe just go to the one that’s in the parking lot.

  Worst cfa. The girl name Karol took my order was very rude. I asked her what kind of meal is in the picture, she looked upset and raised her voice. They ignored me and took order of other people. Never come back here. The owner at this location need to train their employees again. They need to treat customers fairly.

  Probably the worst experience I have ever had at a Chick Fil A. We waited 30 minutes for food (chicken nugget kids meals--nothing complicated) and both of the employee we interacted with were EXTREMELY rude. Lesson learned. Will skip this location in the future.

  Took an hr to get my Mobile order and didn’t give me no dressing no fork, the wrong salad and attitude and I tried going back but I was ignored when I was nothing but nice cause I work in the mall as well so I understand but I’m never going back again

  I had the worst experience with this location today. I placed a catering order for my daughter's 3rd Birthday party 3 days before the event. I selected the delivery option which had a minimum of $129 even though the party was inside the mall at Billy Beez right down the hall from the food court. I had a party room reserved for 2 hours and the "lunch" part of the party was the last hour of the party. My order was to be delivered by 10:45 am, but did not arrive until 12:15pm and by now it was time to clean up the room for an end time of 12:30. I called Chick fil a and was told they had a new catering system and overlooked my order. I walked down to the food court and stood in the mobile order/catering line and nobody even greeted me. Everyone tried to avoid me because they knew I was very upset. I asked to see the manager and she wouldnt even come up to speak to me. She kept telling the cashiers what to tell me and it was alot of back and forth. The kitchen staff was peeking from the cook line and laughing because I had began to cry. I was explaining to one of the young cashiers at the front that I can't believe I paid all that money for a Birthday party for my baby and her friends and my guests were unable to eat. I spent 25 minutes alone at Chick fila which took time away from me spending time with my guests and sending them on their way. Now I'm stuck with a platter of 75 tenders that are going to go to waste because me and baby aren't going to be able to eat it.
