- GIGlenn A Seitz II4 days ago3.0Went through the drive thru for food, the guy taking orders was super rude and didn’t accommodate what we requested. Then coming around to get the food, the manager was the one at the pull around and was super rude and acted like I didn’t know how to drive. We made a comment about the guy taking orders, but the manager didn’t seem to care.. food was ok, could have given me another sauce for all the food I got but didn’t. No napkins was given either.
- LFLynne FoutsApr 2, 20262.0I used the app for curbside delivery. No straw was in my bag. I could not pull over, or go around in my car to ask for one/ way crowded & no room. If I wasn’t in a hurry, I would have ordered in store. I had to park my car away from the restaurant and walk across the parking lot to the Chick-fil-A just to get a straw. Sounds petty, but if I wanted to walk, I wouldn’t have done curbside pick up & run late.

What are we doing? It also takes forever to get the food. Literally worst service. When I called to complain, they only replaced the sandwich and not the meal to eat with it. Like the whole meal was ruined and we live 30 minutes away. A chicken sandwich without the chicken is diabolical.

- MCMrs CMar 9, 20261.0I went for lunch, in drive thru. They got my order wrong, I get out car, go to window. Let them know it was wrong, the lady came back handed me another bag. I walk to car, look in bag, the order is wrong again. So I had to go back to get my correct order. Not only that I get back to work, and sip my soda, that was wrong also. On the receipt it had the correct name, and correct car. But everything else wrong. After the back and forth I only had 15 minutes left from my 45 min lunch. Its so many people work there during lunch, but its a disaster!!! My lunch was ruined!!! No apology, or nothing. I will take my business somewhere else.
