Last night at 8:15 PM, my family and I stopped by to order milkshakes, and the employee told us the machine was already cleaned and they could not make any. The store was still open, so this makes no sense. If you are open, you should be serving the full menu. We are regular customers and visit often with our family, but after this experience, we chose to leave and spend our money somewhere else. Extremely poor customer service and very unprofessional. Management should ensure employees do not stop serving products before closing time.

Although many of Baskin-Robbins’ flavors do not contain ingredients with gluten, and are marked as gluten-conscious*, they are NOT produced in a gluten free environment, which means there is always a chance for cross contact with gluten from other products in the manufacturing facility or restaurant. Given the likelihood of cross-contact in our restaurants, this list is not suitable for people with Celiac Disease, a heightened gluten sensitivity or a wheat allergy.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
