  Worst Arby's sandwich I've ever had. From the dull tasting cold meat to the cold bun. Needs to be reviewed by management. I have enjoyed Arbys for many years until this location. I keep going back thinking it has to have gotten better. Its has not!Very disappointed.

  Got ice cream from here… tasted off so threw out other half. Went to doctor day afree improperly handling and contamination determined and I got food poisoning.

  At the drive thru and the person packing the order left out half of my order. Lucky I checked before I left but they act like it's no big deal. Oh, well let me get that for you. Like it was my bad

  Was told to wait in one drive thru line. The other side skipped us . When I went in to order since they didn't know I was at the menu I told the cashier what happened and she couldn't care less. She said they didn't know I was there, even though they had already talked to me. What's your Travis drive through you should be able to pay attention to it. If your job is front to counter customer service you should at least make the customer feel heard not ignored. I can see why they have such a low Google rating at this location.

  Who’s running this dump? Food tastes like box cream Only person who was nice was brunette girl that name started with a n. Yall need to do better and get more people because yall lost a good customer. Been coming down here for 15 years. Yall need to do better because yall ain’t gonna be my service Please rebrand yourself
