  Every time I go to this location there’s always a problem! Whether it’s in person, mobile order, or through DoorDash there’s always items missing or incorrect, TERRIBLE attitudes and service, and claiming they’re closed 15ish minutes early but had no problem serving the car in front of me?claiming they’re gm said they could close early for 15 minutes you know good and well you lying through your teeth it’s so hard to make some nuggets and fries and burgers for an extra 15 minutes laziness I’m sick of it get your management together!! This is forever an ongoing issue with only this location! Corporate get canals management on it stat

  I always order here. Recently I’ve had to order online with the McDonald app and this is the 4th time I have missing stuff. I kindly called today to ask and a guy responded saying “there was no frappe” and hanged up. Keep in mind I didn’t even give him the name of the order or number. I called at least 3 times and no one answered. Y’all need to teach these middle/high schoolers how to be respectful. Horrible customer service. Stop hiring anyone that comes thru that door.

  If I can give zero stars I would horrible service store was supposed to open @5am I arrived at 5:50am. Sat in drive through for almost 15mins. (No response) so I pulled to the window to get an employee attention she and he looked right at me and walk to the back of the store ( no response) so I gave up and left and got breakfast somewhere else and was 10 late to work. Horrible, Horrible, Horrible, store I recommend you do not go to McDonald’s on Altama Ave Im Brunswick, Ga.
