I ordered from the kiosk and it did not print a receipt, which is fairly normal for this McDonald’s location. Second, the service is ALWAYS super slow. The girl at the counter asked me about my order, and then a manager came out and asked about my order, she couldn’t pull it up or find it. The cashier asked if she should ring it up again, and I told her I wasn’t going to pay for my order a second time as I had pulled up the transaction on my phone. Always really poor service; so dissatisfied.
A different time waiting for food, it took forever. Literally no care in the world about service. A person orders from the McDonald's mobile app and they don't send the food you pay for. Then, they tell you to contact the delivery people over and over again, when it's at the fault of the McDonald's workers. I paid more for the steak platter breakfast and they won't refund the money.

Visited this McDonalds with my kids in a 50’ RV. Ordered ahead on the app and parked across the street. Girl at the counter was kind but didn’t know how to handle order (as it was coded as drive thru) so she went to the manager. Manager was nasty and told her “he has to go around and go to the drive thru!” - ignoring what her employee told her about the RV. When I told the manager about the RV, she just shook her head and looked away. Great leadership. 🙄

It's McDonald's, the king of the fast and tasty burger. This McDonald's is usually good, but they occassionally screw up or even lose a drive thru order. They would have gotten a 5 star service rating if, when they dropped my drive thru orders (yes, more than once), the manager acted like he cared. Waiting for 20 minutes, only to find out they're not working on my order seems to be something store management should be concerned about.
Whoever runs this place genuinely needs to be fired. Apparently the lady who spoke to me today was the manager and her attitude was ABYSMAL. I placed a separate order from the one I had placed before (just a simple small milkshake,) even showed her that I was charged. I never got it, and you know what she does when I bring it up? She belittles me and all of friends who were trying to explain the situation. Someone I was with had to go in and place another order because this lady couldn’t go over to the machine that makes the milkshake for her, and put it in a cup.
Mind you, the McDonald’s was practically empty. I heard the workers arguing in the back, and another lady got fed up with them as well.
In conclusion, if you want a horrible McDonald’s experience mixed in with unwarranted attitude from the people who are serving you, then this is the place for you.
