The male employee was polite, but extremely unprofessional at the payment stage. He clearly needs more training. If he doesn’t know the job, he should not be working there, even if his attitude is good. It was obvious he was new, but what shocked me even more was that the woman—who seemed to be the shift manager—did not step in to help him at all. That shows a lack of responsibility and problem-solving ability. If staff are not properly trained, I will not return. There are plenty of other sandwich shops to choose from.
